Re: Who am I?
Ok so while doing chores I managed to get a few more pictures. I like his hardiness and he is extremely docile might just experiment with him and my three Buff Orpingtons.

Re: Who am I?
I have had him from a day old chick and haven't done anything to his comb. It my have been frozen...but I kind of always remember it like this. Rhode Island Reds were part of the original order so that is probably the most likely.

Re: Who am I?
OK, Rose comb Rhode Island Red,
I am having hard time giving up on Wyandotte, although the color isn't right, the temperament agrees, very laid back breed, and breeding him to Orpingtons should be a very complimentary cross and Wyandottes have Orpingtons in their background.
Either way, will look forward to some chick pictures, should be adorable. :)

Re: Who am I?
SO you have to breed him to your Buff Orpingtons, that should tell you what his comb really is.
