Heads up, it does not have an autoturner (if it did the Visible cross bars would have a bolt in the middle) and not worth more than $250

I always figure price is subjective to the buyers needs & wants , availability & also what seller will let it go for .theres always dickering . Luck

I agree. When I read "asking $..." or "$... OBO" in an ad, to me that means the price is or might be negotiable.
"$... firm", however, means the seller is not willing to haggle over price.
