Tragic. Horses are so sensitive. I can not imagine their fear.

Been at that place... its right next door to a good farmer friend, the owners of the horse farm rents some of his land.. and has had a barn built on it to facilitate horses (which our friend is paid rent on). Not sure if it is HIS barn on his property or not, there are a few barns there. Regardless, very tragic. I wonder how it started.

These things happen all too easily for many reasons damp hay, electrics whatever. Locally in a farmers calf barn a few years back the young kiddie noticed an outlet smoking. Ran for his parents and all was well because of his smarts. A piece of old wiring had started to smoulder.
