I hope everyone has a safe and happy long weekend. Looks like pretty nice weather for most everyone. Wow, July went by fast.

Be thankful. Our son lost his job on Friday. Wife, two kids, mortgage, car payment, and a LOC for the furnace they just had put it. Management started handing out envelopes at 11am and by noon they had let 60% of the plant go.

Oh crap, believe me I know exactly how that feels. I've been both on that end of it and one of the ones not let go and told not to communicate with my friends who were let go. At last I didn't have a family to support. Let's hope he finds something soon.
