I wonder if kitten milk replacer would work. Looks quite old though.

I had the same thing happen a few years back. climbed right up my leg, it was shaking, it seemed like it knew it had one more chance to survive. I did use cat milk replacer as well as some natural nuts n seeds n things. I dont remember exactly what I did but i followed a care guide for rehabilitation.
everything worked out. squirrel would play with my cat, cat would play back. not the smartest thing but man was it funny. squirrel would be jumping off the walls and the cat couldnt catch it. LOL. after a little while i opened my patio door and he leaped onto the trees and was off on his own. I seen him a few more times but I moved shortly after.
good luck

Been there. When we had our little dude we got goats milk from the neighbour and used that until we started with sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax seed and apples. Then it was introduction to outdoors and they instinctively know that's where they belong, but came back for visits many times.
Good luck.
Good luck.

Zohmigoodness. Flashback to when I was a kid, my sister found a little guy in the same situation. Fed him with a dolly bottle, no removable lid so she had to squeeze and suck, squeeze and suck milk ad nauseum until full. He survived to adulthood, had free range of the house for a couple months, btw, NEVER do that, he chewed holes through door bottoms to get through, like a rat. After he found his balls and the great outdoors, he disappeared, but would visit every so often. She used to have some photographs of ridiculous squirrel kissy pictures from when he would come back and say hi, or thank you, or whatever it is squirrels say when they're combing through your hair looking for peanuts.
