It is always the way, with disasters. They are a great boon to others. Sad. When foot and mouth disease happened in England, or wherever it was, price of beef went up. When its dry out west, or Brazil has some soybean fail.... price goes up for us here.

Haha yep shark bait . Vancouver Island under normal conditions gets over 12ft yes ft of rain per year . Be hard to burn . Luck

AH but the tremors were constant. We always figured if one hit the LAST place we'd go with be with a bunch of other people.

Tremors cause vibrating beds & chairs . Scary lol
My wife has a cousin that lives there . Has an Alpaca farm for wool & makes socks , sweaters etc .Luck
