Wow Al. Maybe something on the bottom of the drum so it bounces up ... Like uneven so it keeps tumbling around in there and not falling to the bottom?
Actually, I am the last person that should be givin advice, mechanics are not my thing. Keep us posted on the progress.

Just make sure you don't confuse the real washer with this one, though maybe you want those chicks to have a good wash before they get plucked lol!

well I pulled it apart today and doubled up the fingers... apparently iv used 90!!! holy crap! I only have ten left! which should be enough for another project i want to build...
im itching to test it and might but prolly wont until tommorow.... ya ill wait until tommorow LOL and ill take a new video.

well im all done, reassembled n proud of myself n all that... I look over... THERES THE DARN BELT!!! LOL luckily its only 2 screws to take off to get to the pullys!

the hose is froze so it wont be happening today :-(
or will it... it's bugging me so bad im guna go thaw it out with one of those rough use bulbs... then see if that bulb will blow up when water splashes it... then test the plucker!

darn it! it still jams although it is working better. so to remedy this problem I am going to have to get a 3/4 hp motor. I think that is my only solution. it wont spin faster but it will be stronger so hopefully it throws the bird around instead of letting the bird stop it. I dont have an extra motor right now so ill have to bug my FIL. I may have another solution but it will only be temporary and that is to get a pool noodle and put it around the bottom along the outside. definitely not optimal.
