Calf hutch coops

Gerald Donnelly a breeder that lives near me uses them. He said they are easy to clean and they keep the poultry safe. He also has 2 Great Pyrenees for protection. He has them spaced around 25 m apart in a row (don't quote me on that, I visited a long time ago). You can see one in the background of this photo Image

I would think they would get wat too hot in the summer.
