Don't forget Al those nest bxes you saw up in my pigeon loft over 30 yours for the taking not nailed down . 16/16 just need a hose down & could be set up on angle like OCs .Made of mahogany . If Al doesn't want maybe someone else on PTO ? Between London & sarnia . Free luck The 30+ up in loft aren't as dirty as these pics or 1/2 s . Pic ones are used by chickens .

Actually that coop is two years old lol...I am kind of a clean freak when it comes to my coops. Every day I scrape my poop boards and remove my roosts and wipe them off with baby wipes, then spot dust. Every month I completely empty it, vacuum the floor and wash the floor and walls and wash the curtain. The picture was taken a few weeks ago when I did my deep clean. I'm retired and have no life :)

My husband started migrating pictures off my iPad so I couldn't find many unfortunately. It's a group of 22 chickens in there. A Splash Wheaton Ameraucana rooster and his OE son with 20 hens. Mostly pairs...so Barred Rocks, Black Rocks, Blue Wheaton Ameraucanas, Orps in 4 varieties, Blue Copper Marans, pair of OE's, couple of polish, an EE, an OE and a black copper Marans. I have a webcam in the coop so I can check out who's laying when the pullets start. I take the curtain off or lift it up so I know who is paying rent lol.

The covering on the poop boards is this plastic panel stuff...can't remember the name of it. It looks like corrugated cardboard but made of plastic? Sold in 4x8 sheets for about $30. This is it in white (comes in many colors). For the poop boards I just use a plastic drywall mud scraper thingy and slide it into a bucket. In the winter it just pops off when it's frozen...so satisfying lol. I also use it cut in strips around the bottom of cages inside to keep shavings in.

Ontario Chick ! I Really like your pen setup....but how the heck do you get the birds out of there?
It looks deeper than "arm reach" so if you have to move the flock, how do you get them all out?

Keesha63....your pen IS PRETTY!!!
( and chickens really DO care about that stuff - LOL )
