Stella has been sitting for a while now. She lets her sisters in to lay their eggs and then claims them. Just today Little decided that she wanted in on the fun. I was wondering what was taking her so long.

I had another one go broody here too, on an open shelf, 5 feet up. 24 eggs. She changed her mind when I took half of them away. She couldn't cover them all, but she was trying!! Flattest hen I've ever seen! Terrible spot to hatch babies, so it's just as well.
