When do you turn the heat lamp off?
Bahahahaha! It's not bravery, it's busy/lazy--thereare 2 and 3 month olds still using the baby coop. They're well old enough to be integrated with last Fall's birds in the barn (thus freeing up space in the kennel for the younger set) but I haven't got a round tuit to move them. The ones in the house are PP birds, I don't want to move them in with the older set just yet, I spent too much money to watch them get beat up lol. So they're in the house until I get grow-outs shuffled around. And yes, the dust is unbelievable! If I'm using a tote, I throw a furnace filter over top to catch some of it, but these guys are too big to put in a tote. They're in a big rabbit cage. If I set my phone down, the screen is dusty in <5 minutes!

Ha! Ha! Ross
Yup my babies are spoiled as well, I have some fully feathered under heat lamps. I have some I just put in the loft, fully feathered but with this cooler spell, I thought I'm going to have to bring them back into the garage with a heat lamp when I remembered this thread and thought" Don't be silly they are fully feathered and have been for some time. " So they stayed there but I worried.
