Well looks like the totally number is about 59 :running-chicken:

Considering I had written the whole batch off due to power outage I am pleased.

Here is the bulk of them, aren't they adorable!

:congrats: on the ones that hatched.!!!!

I have delayed my lock down day until today due to the power outage. Should have been yesterday, now instead of hatch day being Friday evening I am giving them until Sat. evening to start. I candled at day 10 and took out the duds and quitter, I hope candling them today they look good :hands:

Good luck Flat rock farm! Fairsing those are some cute chicks, especially the showgirls. It's too bad more didn't hatch but 59 is amazing! 20 chicks for me at a time is even too many for me to handle. Congratulations!!! Hope there is a couple little ones for me.

I've had them hatch out 4 days later after a hydro outage so I'd wait a bit if I was you.

True kenya about the delayed hatch with power outages. I could even see a difference in some of the eggs I candled today as I was locking them down, some looked like there was more space in them than others, but they were moving around???
