As long as the viewing windows aren't dripping, If it ain't broke, don't fix it!
A little tip...if you hatch in the dark, the jostling is kept to a minimum, and chicks already hatched don't peck at membranes of ones still working on it.

I bought an LED penlight from the Dollar Store that I use for looking into the incubator.
