I have had pretty pathetic hatches with my still air hovabator so I just added a computer fan. I remember reading that when you go from still air to moving air the humidity and temperature needs to change slightly. Could someone please give me the correct humidity and temp to aim for.... fast please since the eggs are in!

100ºF and 45-50% relative humidity is what I set at. I then raise the humidity to 60% at lockdown. Fingers crossed for better hatches!

PlumHollow, where are you located?
There may be somebody close by to check your setup and see if they can catch the problem, you have been at it for a while now, sometime it needs a fresh set of eyes to catch the glitch.

I am in the suburbs of Plum Hollow. We are 1 hour north of Kingston close to Delta

The other thing I am worrying about is that the fan install plugs up the holes in the top of the Hovabator leaving just the ventilation holes around the base. Is that a problem or will it bring in enough fresh air from the bottom holes? I am impressed at how steady the temperature stays.

yeah pretty much Ross, iv never used those incubators as I built my own cabinet but I believe those air holes besides providing fresh air also help regulate humidity. I would just leave it if your numbers are good.
