Well the poor little bantam Cochin has sat 21 days on her own eggs (first time I let her keep her own eggs). Candled 4 and they are all clear
Later today after work I will candle the rest
Poor thing

Aw crap....not fertile or died early...is she still sitting? You may be able to slip some young chicks under her and snap her out of sitting and into mom-hood if she refuses to give up.

YES I concur!
After 21 days of day dreaming about your little fuzzy offspring, would be nice IF someone slipped a few chicks under her.
She wants to be a mama pretty bad!

Put some of them in that have 11 days left to go, she should be fine, they will usually sit for ages. I've had some broodies hatch out 3 different hatches, depends on the hen but 11 days is nothing.

My broodies have happily hatched turkey eggs after the 28 day incubation. You may be lucky with the ncubator eggs.
