Stupid question....... I crossed banty roosters with full sized hens. I noticed some chicks are very round/fat
Others small
Will I get half banty chickens and half full sized chickens or will I get half banty half /full size chickens
Not sure if that is worded right or not. Lol
I was trying to get smaller birds with layer hen genes????
Thanks

As Ross said, you will get all sorts of sizes. If the hens are red sex link, most of the pullets will lay really well, never as good as their mothers, but lots of good sized eggs.

That I am Ross. Thanks. And Iβm loving your Banty roosters! Not sure Iβll be able to keep 3 though. So now Iβll have to decide which one to part with

Just a word of warning on rooster numbers. Sometimes you are OK with 1 or 3 but not 2.
