I'm still not thinking single comb wyandotte chick in the black one. Is his (her) size on par with his hatchmates? In every picture, he seems smaller, busier, not wyandotte-y.

I am not sure if it's the colour, it seems smaller when I look at the whole flock, but I find the size in this batch fairly uneven
so it's probably somewhere in the middle sidewise.
Also I don't actually follow any other chick that closely, coz I can't tell them apart? ;)
It's definitely a bit shy, but perhaps cased by some internal doubts about belonging...or being visible minority..?

Final tally,
11 cockerels and 14 pullets, pretty happy with that ratio.
As to the quality, not so much. Pullets lovely, cockerels pathetic yet delicious.
Must re-think!
OH and the colours,
1 Black - F
1 Splash - M
2 Blue Columbian - F
rest Columbian with some silver leakage on the Cockerels
