There you go Jan, leave it to ross to bring something really helpful to the table.;) I mean coop.
I don't know how you manage keeping so many males without somebody coming to harm.
I am keeping my eye on the 3 cockerels housed together and yesterday I caught them clicking their beaks at each other around the feeder. No idea what they meant by it, hoping it was just a civilized conversation rather then rude insults.
Lucky two got turfed out of his harem yesterday, 2 girls were showing way too much wear for my comfort. :idunno:

Going to concentrate on the Light Sussex this year to build up numbers. Hope to hatch 30 from 2 different matings and start A New trio and have one Trio to sell. Try to hatch 30 Dorkings and Blue Orpingtons also. Hope too have some Pairs and trios to sell.

Will hatch out a couple dozen exchequer leghorns, looking to improve so won't let any of these go. Will hatch out a dozen ameraucana bantam and standard and a dozen bantam white crested black polish.

I ran two hatches in my sportsman last year, most eggs for a friend. i kept Ameraucanas, buckeyes (a local hawk hit the buckeyes: left me with one pair which I just sold), also hatched white & partridge chanteclers. I hatched out far more than I have space for. this machine is unbeatable!

I just got tufted romans, will hatch some more ameraucanas, and maybe buckeyes again. lots of room in the bator once I'm running, happy to hatch for others.

Diligently follow the path of two swords as one. Percieve that which the eye cannot see. Seek the truth in all things. Do not engage in useless activity.

HAHAHAHAHA! I need five of those Ross! I occasionally get a round tuit, and then something more important or more distracting always seems to take its' place--like chicken watching!
