Serama with feathered legs

Post by FarmerJones » Tue Apr 28, 2020 7:51 pm

I have been hatching eggs from my Serama breeding pairs for the past two years. This year the colours started changing in a few of the chicks and I got one with feathered legs. Can genetics change over time? Anyone else with Seramas ever have this happen? My birds are all clean legged and this was the only one I have ever seen from my girls.
