Amazing photos, @Happy !
Sorry to hear that you are under the weather. Hope you feel better soon. It's been a bad winter for flu and the like.

Beauties all, I think @Happy should hire herself out to promote the poultry industry, I look at them and just want all of them :) right now!

So much awesome. I'm not sure if you have a gift for photography, REALLY well-behaved chickens, just a lot of time on your hands, or some combination of the above...but I'm thinking it must be mostly number 1. I love your photos!

Thank-you. WWW it's actually mostly that I have very tame chickens that are used to me pointing my phone at them every chance I get. A "normal" chicken would have a different reaction than mine do. And Kenya I'm trying to avoid babies!!! I'm checking fertility now so that I can get eggs to a couple of people and then it's fingers crossed to avoid broodies...ya right.

I'm impressed that they stand still for you when they are out in the yard.

They're not normal 🤣
Hubby was working in the garden while I was laying on the lawn snapping pictures and he burst out laughing. That little rooster that's looking at me in the pic above really looked like he was modeling...moving his head from side to side, standing, sitting, crowing...all about 2 feet from me. Their mom is very tame so they've been crawling all over me and flying to me since they hatched. Sometimes it seems like they're in a competition to give me the best pose!
