There was no thread for Polish, so I am starting one!

I am a bit confused by mine. I have five. They hatched April 20, so today they are ten weeks old. The person I bought them from said they were from white-crested blue and white-crested black parents.

I just read this:
Colours of the Poland are very varied. The best known being the white crested black with its black body and white crest. The other two similarly patterned colours are white crested blue and white-crested cuckoo. These three colours do not have a beard and have wattles; all the other colours have a beard with no wattles. They have white earlobes. The crest of the female should be very round with the males being spikier. The eyes are red in all colours and beaks and legs are dark blue in all except the white crested cuckoo, which has a paler beak and legs. The chamois, gold and silver are all laced.

Mine have no wattles or combs, at least not yet. Two have beards.

The only thing to do is wait, I know... I can see myself getting into breeding just to see what comes out.

Have you determined the sex of these birds yet?... I’m guessing that they are bantam since bearded is not recognized in standards for blacks and blues. Show us some pics

That's what happens when you start a new thread on "Polish" , before you know it they start talking to each other....
