Fb is VERY good at that lol. You are absolutely right al.
One thing you could do is offer to take back the extra males when they start crowing lol. Then they cant complain about you being unfair....i had one person bought from me...convinced all boys. I offered to switch out any boys at 17 weeks not before. Funny....none ever came back...and they bought more from me the next year. Go figure.

So....they returned with 4 of 6 birds this afternoon, just as I thought brought back 2 pullets and 2 cockerels, which I pointed out....newbies...they were convinced that because they all had combs that they were males

Hopefully they expanded their knowledge...we all started somewhere too. Glad its sorted out and hopefully they are happy and you are too and the birds are ok. ☺
