Quick drop pens (show cages ) can be made from 2 in by 4 in wire . Ideal size would be 30 by 30 by 32 inches tall . I think that would work better as mine are too small @ 24 by 24 and 24 inches tall .

http://www.amerpoultryassn.com/APA_point_system.htm

heres a breakdown of the APA points system. to be awarded as master breeder you need to achieve 100 points on a bird. which of course is a perfect score and not easily accomplished. we have a few master breeders on the board here.

Master Exhibitor is 100 points on one bird.....
Doesn't a Master Breeder need to accrue a pile of points on a single line of birds over a period of time? like 20 starred wins (wins over 100 birds or so in a single show) on the same breed of bird....i thought a master breeder was an excellent master exhibitor?
Still learning myself.
Still need to order my UTD SOP too.

thanks bobG! i really appreciate the advice!!!

All right so I believe one of my LF RIR Hens just went broody. she sure as heck is acting like it anyways. heading out right now to give her back a dozen eggs. will find out soon I guess.

Edit: well she sucked them all under her one at a time. I think shes guna follow through. this is a first for me. she started sitting on 1, so I thought lets make it a bakers dozen. i fluffed up the bedding and gave her some more hay. im sure she can handle them.
