Very interesting Thanks for posting, can't say that I find the color of skin appetizing, would be hard to judge donnes (?) if you were after roasted chicken of the "golden " color!

Ya I have only coked them in the slow cooker so far, as the culls are small birds and figured they would dry out easily.
