Here is the link to drug dosages. Ivermectin is used in humans so I eat the eggs but don't sell them.

Would 1cc for a bantam and 1.5cc for a laying hen be about right? Then repeat in 10 days?

Ivermectin
1.5 ml pour on for hens and 2.5 for roosters (large fowl) which reminds me its that time of year to treat for mites....i do this for ktes. For worms i just squirt 0.3 cc of injectable into their mouths for hens, and 0.5 ml for roosters. I use noromectin brand....i can get that for my horses at the local feed

Ivermectin
I had the vet out for what appeared to be gapeworm in one of my turkeys. He told me I could use the cattle pour-on. 10ml for the hen, 14ml for the Tom. It did the trick, and didn't kill anyone. I treated them all.
With hens I give them 2-3 ml depending on their weight.

Re: Ivermectin
Can anyone just pick up a bottle of invermectin/invomec from the feed store? Or do you have to have a pesticide license?

Re: Ivermectin
Does anyone here raise their chickens organically, and if so, what do you use for a wormer, or don't you bother?

Food grade DE I order mine from Homehardware . Been using for 40+ years no worms . I keep in a self serve dish & mix in feed spring & fall just enough to see .Not listed for internal worms but a natural product that works . Can still eat eggs or birds cause not a chemical . Luck
