Turkey with a Cold
When I went out to give the birds some warm water and warm food today, I noticed my 1 turkey hen had a bit of a sniffle and looks to be a little puffy around her eyes. She is still active and eating and drinking.
Treatment suggestions?

Well if it was me.
Probiotics. Turmeric. Garlic. Rubbed oregano. That's where I'd start and go from there? Does VetRX work on turkeys?

Turkey with a Cold
If she's one you need to save, get her away from the other turkeys asap. Quarantine immediately and treat heavily, whether you go herbal route, (and yes, vet rx works for turkeys almost as well as it works for chickens :) ) or conventional e.g. antibiotics.
If she's not an important breeder, I'd tag her as a cull and do her in asap.. Sneezing/coughing and swollen face is almost always sinusitis caused by mycoplasma, which once in your flock is there for good and even passes down through eggs. There are other things that can cause similar symptoms, but all have pretty much the same treatments. If you're ok with antibiotics, give Tylan if you can get your hands on it.

Thanks WWW,
She actually looks a bit better today. She is separated from the rest of the birds, about 75 yards from everyone else, in a cage in my tempo car shelter so she is protected from the elements.
So far everyone else looks fine. I added some Super Booster to everyone's water today. Tomorrow I will clean out the straw in the turkey pen and put down some fresh shavings.
The ill turkey is not one I had big breeding plans for so I might just cull her?

I would cull JMO. You don't need mycoplasma in the flock (not that I'm saying it is that). I wouldn't want to chance it getting into the others at a low level and potentially spreading via eggs and poults.
Not a nice answer but???

Thanks everyone the turkey hen will be culled later this afternoon. She was a Spanish Black hen I got last spring, so not one of the breeds I am really working with anyways.
