First full moult can result in a mild case of the Dull and Uglies, old lady moults too. I wouldn't worry, some fresh greens will brighten her up.
@Farrier1987 , Hansen's is only a concern if you're a people or an Armadillo. I can't support that diagnosis. I'd be more inclined to propose Yersiniosis.
