Did everyone see the dried mealworms on sale at Home Hardware? I bought some and left some for others so as not to be too greedy. Going to put some in with their scratch today.

Thanks for the heads-up, @KimChick ... I am almost out of them again, so will stock up.

I saw some for sale in Walmart pet department.

I put some mealworms in their warm treat done in my rice cooker (scratch, barley, meat fat), then added a tiny bit of leftover rice, tiny cubes of bread end crusts & the mealworms. They devoured it.
I did take out some plain mealworms for the lowest on the pecking order, and they didn't know quite what to make of them. So I put them on the feeder trays, and they got the idea.
In conclusion, the mealworms were a hit.
