Re: Frost bite .
I have the heater on again, since it's going down to -20 tonight. Right now it's -5 in the coop, -15c outside. I hope it will help.

This also works on roof to move air in/out if no power or don't want to put in gable vent with a Louvre vent down below .Heaters always scare me in barns/coops .

I hear you, Ross, but can't get that set up in short order. Doing what I can until I can make more permanent arrangements.

Ross do those whirly things work if you put them on sideways, like out a window, so that they turn like a fan with the blades perpendicular to the ground? Or do they have to be put upright? Thanks.

Re: Frost bite .
No they won't Robbie . Will work on bit of slant on roof tho . Window Ventalation is not high enough has to be up at top where stale / moist air is especially in winter when all closed up . . Luck

Re: Frost bite .
Can you not at least put a louvered vent like this in up at highest point in coop ? Perfect no , better than nothing yes & one near floor as per other pic . Morning air & birds will tell yu if enough . Luck
