I went out to do chores this morning and found one of my hen's laying on the ground not looking good... they have pecked her all to hell. He vent area looks fine... she doesn't have a full crop... I'm not sure what to do with her.. she is currently in the house in a box. I got her to take some water from a syringe

CHeck on whether she seems thin or not on the breast. It's good that you took her away and quarantined her.

I usually try a bit of Gatorade or sugar water to try to perk them up a bit.
Then a scrambled egg after getting liquid into them. If they don't eat that then I know they're REALLY sick.
No sneezing, congestion, head shaking? Can she stand and walk?

She's started to get a little more alert now... I did notice her head shaking a little when I got to her but she doesn't seem to be doing it now...
She seems a bit skinny but it's hard to tell because they are young bantams.... he eyelids are closed and she won't open them... she did

though and it was brown with some white... a little runny but some solid..

She's still pretty lethargic but her one eye is starting to open... and she's holding her head up now... she won't eat the scrambled eggs though. I did dip her beak in some yogurt and she's had some water from a syringe.
Fingers crossed.
