lol. Sumbody's gunna get a hurt REAL bad. : ) Haven't heard that one in a while.
How long does one boil barley? Sounds like a good back up if I don't have any sprouting.


It's much like Navy Beans. The barley will get fat and squishy and absorb 3 times it's volume in water, if the barley is not completely softened they still like it. Don't drain any left over liquid as it is full of Vitamins. I use a crock pot over night and throw in any potato peels we have to make them digestible (a good source of vitamin C and starch)
