Valbazen wormer

Has anyone used Valbazen for their chickens? Off label use, of course, but it seems to be a good broad spectrum option.

I've never used it, but have seen it recommended on some U.S. poultry sites.

I have only ever gotten it from a vet. Can you buy it over the counter?
