Sounds like mites to me.... they bite them all night and they can't sleep. I'd powder her with lice powder, make sure the powder gets all the way to the skin, especially the bottom side. Sometimes you can't see them, but when it gets bad, you'll find them by the butthole area

Let us know how it goes.
Like Kenya said, unfortunately by the time they look droopy and lethargic, whatever is wrong has got a good hold on them.
At least if you can get diagnoses,you will know next time.
