Ohhhh Stella

Post by Happy » Tue Aug 07, 2018 5:49 pm

Stella has given up on being broody. For the 3rd time this year. She’s turned 1 last month. Stella has never been the object of a rooster’s affections. That has all changed. My two tiny 3 month old OEGB boys think Stella is the hottest chick they have ever seen. At first she ran from them but they soon learned that chasing her got them nowhere. Now they spend as much time as possible finding Stella treats. She loves it. And they love her. Stewart and Spanky are totally smitten and they dump all the OEGB girls and run for Stella. The boys don’t fight and the mean girls leave Stella alone because they don’t want the attention of the boys! Win win.

That is hilarious! She's not going hungry anytime soon! Do the boys let each other, er, take a turn, or does one try to knock the other off and take over? Stella, was she the one that was all pants and no feathers for the longest time?

Yes Stella was the baldy. She made up for her lack of feathers early on. And yes the boys take turns having piggy back rides.

That's adorable and Stella is massive compared to her two boyfriends!

What breed is Stella?

Ha! Ha! Love is blind!
Good for Stella, see everyone has that special mate (or two) just waiting for them.
