Re: Chickens and chipmunks
i have 3 cats kimchick and a bunch of strays that come and go. they do in a ton of mice and rats and keep.chipmunks at bay. i dont trap chipmunks or anything like that. they learn to stay in the woods....yeah eastern chipmunks are protected under the fish and wildlife act but if they are dumb enough to let my cat catch them thats natural selection in my book

Re: Chickens and chipmunks
I need to get our Pyrenees to read that Act.....he totally wiped out a section of my perennial bed last week for what must have been for him a couple chippy tidbits...... Telling him to snack in the bush seems to fall a deaf ears at times.

It's amazing that skunks and racoons didn't make the list.WLLady wrote: ↑Wed Jun 20, 2018 9:32 pmi have 3 cats kimchick and a bunch of strays that come and go. they do in a ton of mice and rats and keep.chipmunks at bay. i dont trap chipmunks or anything like that. they learn to stay in the woods....yeah eastern chipmunks are protected under the fish and wildlife act but if they are dumb enough to let my cat catch them thats natural selection in my book
