Re: New Hampshires

How is everyone doing with their hamps? Many hatched out? I only did a small hatch in early April to give me some to choose from for fall shows. Planning on hatching another 30 or so in late july so I have lots of choice come winter

Odessa spring show

Who is going to Odessa on june 3rd? I will be there with my new hampshire bantams, what is everyone else bringing? Was a really nice show last year and after the fall show was cancelled would be good to see lots of entries!

Re: End of an era.

As a dairy farmer the biggest challenge we have is staying large enough to float the big bills (feed, hydro, shavings/sawdust are our biggest bills) and it is next door to impossible to find good realiable help.

Re: Hatching rates

Speaking of millpond, I talked to Wilf yesterday and he said the first hatch date is april 5th, they need eggs to them by noon on march 14th so they can be trayed before going in the incubators, I will be going on the 13th if anyone wants me to pick eggs up!
