Re: Friendly chickens
Maybe they were trying to escape being used for dinner in the restaurant.

Re: 2022 is the Year of the Garden in Canada
I'm going to try to grow some vegetables this year, but I may do it in a shed with them in containers. Some things like potatoes will get planted in the flower beds. The weather and the critters are hard on plants here. There are always a lot of flea beetles here because the farmers plant a lot of c...

One of my female German Shepherds killed a pregnant female muskrat. I didn't see it happen, but I found the body after the fact. The muskrat was on land near the dugout. I suspect the dog was only able to catch it because she came around the trees and surprised it. The dog was not hurt at all.

It looks thin but is heavier than I expected. I wonder if it is a pregnant female. The Regina Humane Society isn't...

Re: Good Morning
I have a few concerns with moving most things to electicity. It has already been shown that hackers can interfere with all kinds of necessary systems, and worsening storms can cause more electrical outages, some for long periods of time. Saskatchewan still has a lot of unpopulated areas so an electr...

Re: Good Morning
Butter has gone up to $5.97 at Walmart, likely more at other stores. Gas went up yesterday to $1.58.9/Liter. Everything has gone up except most peoples' incomes. Carbon tax went up recently - I still think that is just a money grab, especially since they charge GST on it. Interest rates on loans are...
