Went to the Woodstock fur and feathers sale. Wow what a great turnout out. Never seen so many different beautiful rabbit breeds, all kinds of birds there, many from some of the best breeders out there. So how will you know if they carry the blue egg gene? You breed them to a blue egg layer? Or if you breed them to a normal egg layer what will happen. Just confused as to how to tell if they really carry the gene.

Wondering if anyone can tell me the answer to my problem. This year the hay I got isn't the best and the horses are wasting so much. My stupid chickens eat the rhubarb leaves, had one die because of it. Now I have to fence the rhubarb so they can't get it. They still get in and peck away at them. Thankfully haven't lost any more.
