Re: Easter hot cross bun
This year, for the first time, I made Paska. It's Ukrainian Easter Bread. After calling mom for the recipe, who had adapted it from about 3 cookbooks, I took her recipe and basically did the same, using the Internet as well. And from a Martha Stewart video, I found out that it is quite true that whe...

Re: Assisted ANYTHING
If you don't mind me interjecting... I think all of you are assuming that, as drivers of vehicles, you are supposed to: 1. know how to drive; 2. pay attention while driving, and 3. know the rules of the road. With a lot of the new vehicles coming out, you don't have to know or do all that. Apparentl...

Both photos are the same plants; the 2nd photo is after harvesting a few leaves over the growing season; I wanted to show how tall they grew and the growing habit. So, I guess they are some typ...

Re: Kale Question
Hmmm... in the mean time, I will get the Portuguese Tronchuda Kale seeds and try to find some curly leaf at a garden center. We grew a few Red Russian Kale plants, but they did not grow as well as I thought they would. Could have been the type of summer, too. I have also tried Lacinato Kale but did ...
