Patio potatoes

Does any know? Do I have to water them a fair bit, I don't want to drown them. Should I put some cow manure on them? I would like to try for large potatoes. Heres a picture of how they are doing so far.

Farrier, I would have loved to see a picture of your new potatoes, next time show us a picture. My patio potatoes are up quite a piece and just thinking about flowering so probably nothing under them yet.

Love the spangled and the blue, the first one I think is just a very dark blue.
