t is very normal for the chick to crash around like that. SHe will probably have taken a nap overnight too Even the eggs may move around as the chick shifts position while hatching. I wouldn't open the incy to colour the chicks. @Kbr42 will likely be along to comment soon.

Carrots, spinach, lettuce planted. Strawbs comig up nicely. Hoping the chooks didn't damage too much. Raspberries putting up shoots. Rhubarb going crazy. Fava beans in.

Corn - Honey Select

Well after the ghastly corn last year we found our favourite again, honey select. DIscovered that it is bred so as not to be affected by other varieties growing in the area!

Totally normal. Next step is they start to zip around the shell with the egg tooth. No hard and fast rule!

Yes. SO much depends on the machine itself. Often it's trial and error to see what works for you. 60 is a good spot. A lot of people try to get the humidity as high as possible and end up drowning the chicks. This is due to a lot of instructions being incorrect. If you have a Brinsea you have a good...
