Lucky you! It has been super slow around here, have not collected anything in a week. Was hoping on some sap flow yesterday but was hardly anything. Crossing my fingers as the weather is looking better for tomorrow.

Very cool setup! I built my evaporator this year (was using turkey fryer before) but have not built a cabin for it yet. It is on the long list of future projects! I also have not tried making Candy yet, got any tips?

Don’t really have a wish list yet. I have been talking to my friend Sib (who told me about this site) on what would be good to start out with. Will probably just get her to hatch me out some of what she has available at that time.

Been a slow start to the season here. Tapped 15 trees a couple weeks back and only 2.2 liters of syrup made so far. The next few days are not looking so good but the long term forecast is looking promising.
