Puppy!

Well I wasn’t expecting go to do this this winter but this little cutie was posted to my Facebook by a friend and after much deliberation I was hooked. I have been wanting to get a dog since I was a kid but never thought I had the time but now just seems right. Her mum is a smooth coat Border Collie...

Re: Alternative Bedding Materials for Poultry: Availability, Efficacy, and Major Constraints, Article of the day

I make sure it’s really dry and put it loosely in feed bags and fold over the tops but don’t tie them so they get lots of air so they don’t go mouldy. Re: Alternative Bedding Materials for Poultry: Availability, Efficacy, and Major Constraints, Article of the day

Interesting, thanks for posting lolotsung .I wonder if mixtures of locally produced bedding material might be a good option. I’ve used mainly wood shavings and sometimes straw, though it wasn’t chopped, but the combination might be better, if the straw is chopped. I like using dried grass clippings ...

They had some harrowing tales of driving in crazy weather but also the stupidity of drivers doing silly things in front of a tru...
