Where in the TBay area are you located? I am south of the city and have one pair of splash silkies! Just getting back into my birds after a disastrous couple of years. Bring in black coppers and cream leg bars out of BC this year. I also currently have a dozen commercial layers.

JimW, it looks like you have nothing protecting your bottoms, do you not have digging predator problems? Love the idea but overnight here they would become fox bait. I thought that they would take longer to dig underneath but boy was I wrong.

I know it,s been a while but have a couple of questions if you don't mind. How big is your barn.
