I haven't had any success putting them together when hens are around. Battle to the death seems to be the rallying cry of my boys, except the Jersey Giant rooster who used to be Top Dog but has since decided he won't fight at all and hides if another rooster gets out with him.

Is it ever snowing here today! I had some appointments to get to this morning and had to stick to the main roads that were much less slippery than my preferred roads. I realize it will get a lot worse than this in the coming months, but the first real blast of squalls and bad roads is always a shock...
