So I'm guessing the window sill provides enough light to grow the lentils. When you say miceogreens are you talking about baby lettuce or little green plants like alfalfa?

Beautiful! Looks very solid! Is it open at the bottom for air circulation? But plastic at the top is to keep the heat in?
