Sounds like my place! Keeps all the old truck parts, half of cabs, etc. "All good deals" "may need it one day" then he turns around and takes my very few items to the dump! Lol

Fingers crossed that it is all good and that one that have huge bald spots get some feathers for winter. Poor things. I may have to take up knitting

Well I had 3 feather eaters who are now in the freezer. I will see how things go and hopefully there are no more. If so I may try the no pick peepers. I did add additional protein once a week and will still do this since some of the girls are having a hard molt.

Over the winter my chickens pecked each other and most have bald spots that I hope fill in once they are done molting. Yesterday I noticed one checked pulling feathers out if another one and eating it. How do I stop this. They get crumble organic layer, Blackoil sunflowers, lettuce / spinach daily. ...
