My "win the lottery bird" is the grey jungle fowl. Somebody on another site has them!

Raybert has red jungle fowl KB!!! not sure about the greys! n yes they are totally on my if I win the lottery list! and maybe some of the other birds on this thread if they can be found.

Saw this guy at Niagara Falls bird aviary . Know some folks in Ont with . Very expensive to buy & specialty to raise . Victoria Crown pigeon .

Ontario's Greater Prairie Chicken. Extirpated from Ontario and most of its natural range, very sad indeed. I know there are breeding programs and some natural populations left in the country out west. Iv watched some pretty neat documentaries on these birds, they have a very elaborate breeding ritual.

A couple of my favourites:
Ocellated turkey from Yucatan Peninsula, Mexico (none in Canada)
And Peacock Pheasants, there are 8 kinds, the most common domesticated is the Grey, including lots in Ontario.
